Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the nature of all of items, they are not returnable or exchangable. In the rare event of any errors, please contact us immediately. 

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. 

To cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, please email WrappedByBrat@yahoo.com with your order number.

A full refund will be sent using the original payment method (meaning the card/bank you used at checkout). If you no longer have access to that payment method, you will need to contact the bank or agency for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. 

Refunds may take 3-5 Business Days to appear in your bank or agency, depending on the bank or agency selected at checkout. 

What is a digital download?

A digital download is a digital file that you can purchase and download from your device without a physical copy. 

Once you receive the file in your email, you can then download it, and print it yourself, as many times as you need. 

Please note: Not all digital downloads can be printed at print shops such as Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, Office Depot, etc. due to licensed characters.

Can I edit my digital download?

All digital downloads cannot be edited. They come in a single layer PNG/JPEG layer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies on your shipping address and weight of item.

What is the pickup location?

Local pickup is in North Long Beach, CA. Address will be disclosed when purchase is ready for pickup.

When can I pick up my order?

You can pick up your order when you receive confirmation email stating your order is ready for pickup.

What happens if my package is lost in delivery, stolen or damaged? 

Wrapped By Brat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

There will be NO EXCEPTIONS. Ownership of packages turned over to UPS/USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from UPS/USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by UPS/USPS. 

Priority Mail includes free insurancefree tracking and day-specific delivery.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. 

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE INSURANCE CLAIM WITH USPS.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT!

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

 Can I place my order now even though my event is 1-3 months away? 

Yes, you can order as far as in advance as possible. Your order will shipped when it is closer to the need by date.
